Macalla na hÉireann, the 2008 Comhaltas Concert Tour of Ireland will be in Navan, Co. Meath tonight (Saturday, 25 October). This is your very last chance to see the 2008 Comhaltas concert which features the best of traditional talent drawn from all four Provinces of Ireland. The consensus of audiences who’ve been to some of the other 14 concerts on this tour so far is that it’s been one of the best ever; Navan is definitely the place to be tonight!
Each year the Tour assembles a fine mix of established artistes together with up-and-coming young stars, blended into a fast-moving and colourful show appealing to both the connoisseurs and peripheral fans of Irish traditional entertainment.
