Macalla na hÉireann, the 2008 Comhaltas Concert Tour of Ireland will take place in the new Clasac Theatre, Clontarf, Dublin on Friday, 24 October. This, the first concert to be staged in this highly prestigious Comhaltas Regional Centre, features the best of traditional talent drawn from all four Provinces of Ireland.
Each year the Tour assembles a fine mix of established artistes together with up-and-coming young stars, blended into a fast-moving and colourful show appealing to both the connoisseurs and peripheral fans of Irish traditional entertainment.
